Association Dues Assurance Corporation (ADAC) contracts directly with attorneys to do Delinquent Condominium Association Dues Collections, and Delinquent Homeowners Association Dues Collections (only no other collections), ON A CONTINGENT BASIS, in States which require attorney foreclosure. ADAC provides for attorneys all timing, all Delinquent Unit Owner negotiation, all necessary or desirable documents, for attorney signature, with addressed envelope all you have to do is sign, and mail. ADAC provides the filing fee(s) as needed. ADAC obtains and forwards the collection amount to the attorney, and then collects the ADAC fee from the Delinquent. The Attorney has the fastest timing, no attention distraction, a happy client, and the attorney can bill the attorney's hourly fees, for By Laws Amendment, Judgment(s), Eviction(s), and business and legal advice and actions. The attorney retains the relationship with the Property Manager or independently managed Condominium or Homeowners Association and its Members.

Collection work is frequently time-consuming, expensive, frustrating, and often 1/3 or so of files are lost to Bankruptcy, Senior Mortgage Foreclosure, or to cost of litigation with obstinate Delinquent owners.

ADAC's ONYX proprietary software system traverses the intricacies of Title Company-like Information Technology, Fair Debt Collection Practices Acts, and provides the signature ready documents needed by attorneys in those of the United States, and Canadian Jurisdictions, and U.S. Territories which require attorney foreclosure.

ADAC does not provide any guarantee nor warranty of collection, in whole or in part, nor should the attorney provide any such guarantee or warranty to Associations, because of the large number of variables which affect Collection, including Bankruptcy, Senior Mortgage Foreclosure, negative Unit value, and lack of Delinquent's net worth with which to pay. However just as in a basketball game, being in the right place at the right time, gives the player the opportunity to shoot and score, and with the ONYX proprietary software system working for the attorney, if there is a shot to be made, ONYX optimizes timing and sinks the shot whenever reasonably possible. Shots not taken have 100% certainty of not scoring - Collection is a fluid circumstance - Collection needs ONYX speed!
