John M. Rickel is a Michigan licensed attorney, a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.  Mr. Rickel is also the licensed Collections Manager of ADAC and a managing partner of The Rickel Law Firm, P.C. Christy Rickel - President

Christy Rickel has over twenty five years experience in real estate management, and work with ADAC sales, marketing and quality review.  She holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Management from Xavier University.

 

ADAC Operations

Robert Johnson - Chief Operating Officer, CTO

Robert Johnson serves ADAC in a dual capacity as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Johnson has over five years experience leading and developing entity organizational structure. He oversees the operations of ADAC, developing policy and procedures to increase company efficiency. In his dual role as Chief Technology Officer, he is the senior developer of our ONYX proprietary Software and leads the research and development of the ADAC dues assessment recovery processes, as the company expands into new states and counties, as new dues assessment recovery practice laws are enacted. Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Sallie - Vice President/U.S. Operations

In her role as VP - US Operations, Sallie interacts with and is primary contact for property managers, association board members and delinquent property owners. She verifies overall account balances and, after evaluating information, determines the status of a case thereby facilitating resolution.

Lynn - Sales Manager

Lynn heads up national expansion through marketing and client acquisition. Lynn has more than twenty five years experience in real estate. Lynn is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Chris - U.S. Operations, Foreclosure Specialist

Chris is a member of our operations team specializing in the Foreclosure by Publication process. Chris has a B.A. in Accounting Information Management, handling and supervising the document production process.

Jennifer - U.S. Operations, Lien Specialist

Jennifer is a member of our operations team specializing in debt disputes and the Lien process. Jennifer has a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.

 

Accounting

Lucy - U.S. Consulting Operations

Lucy is the Manager of Accounting Projects at John M. Rickel, CPA, PC. She assists ADAC with accounting and production activities. She received her Master of Accounting Degree from Oakland University, and is currently a C.P.A. candidate.

Mike - Staff Accountant

Mike is a staff accountant at John M. Rickel, CPA, P.C. He processes all payments sent to ADAC and prepares all payoff requests. He also assists with some production activities. He received his Master of Accounting degree from Oakland University and is currently a CPA candidate.
